Contact enquiries

The enquiry form sends your name, reply email address, selected topic and message to admin@falconviewai.com through our email delivery provider, Resend. We use this information to respond to your enquiry, not to subscribe you to marketing. Enquiries are retained in our business mailbox. The form uses an essential session cookie and short-lived, hashed network identifiers to prevent duplicate submissions and abuse; message contents are not saved in the website’s rate-limit records.

Payments and enrolment

Stripe processes payments on its secure checkout page. We use the checkout name, email address, payment confirmation and transaction reference to create or match your student account, grant course access and send account instructions. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by this website. We retain payment and enrolment records for account support and administration.

Student portal

The learning portal uses an account and essential session cookies. It records course access, viewing progress, quiz attempts, grades, submissions and certificate completion so the learning features can work. See the portal’s data-retention information for its available account-data controls.
